Education Office Supervisor -
The Education Office Supervisor oversees the education office, conducts division meetings as necessary and communicates with the Senior Undersecretary and the Payroll division concerning budget use and spending. They liaison with the Board of Governors as necessary and when needed.

The Wizarding University Liaisons communicate with Wizarding Universities within Britain. They keep track of university enrollment statistics, program and testing statistics and advises as necessary.

The Primary School Liaisons communicate with Wizarding Primary schools within Britain and ensure that all schooling standards are met. They also keep track of enrollment statistics, program and testing statistics and advises as necessary.

The Hogwarts Liaison communicates with the Hogwarts Headmaster and the Board of Governors. They attend Board meetings and relay information back to their Supervisor. They keep track of school budgets and needs from the Ministry. They also keep track of enrollment statistics, program and testing statistics and advises as necessary.

The Career Advisers communicate with Hogwarts students about future career ideas. They attend and/or conducts Job Fairs within Hogwarts and/or the community. They also research with businesses, entrepreneurs and other companies to understand potential careers for students and advise students and help them plan university and career paths to help them achieve their goals.

Student Aid Advisers -
The Student Aid Advisers help less fortunate students and their families with finances for attending Hogwarts and Wizarding University. They create budget plans with the families for their student and create an allowance per student to pay for books and supplies and all other school-related finances as necessary.

Wizarding Examination Proctors -
The Wizarding Examination Proctors are hired to proctor OWLs, NEWTs, and other examinations that require proctoring. They use anti-cheating spells to accurately test and grade students, reporting any issues to the Education Supervisor. They also owl test results to the students and their parents.
