Payroll Coordinator -
The Payroll Coordinator oversees all documents regarding payroll, incoming and outgoing payments, budgets for all departments. They coordinate and communicate with the Senior and Junior Undersecretaries where required and keeps track of all expenses within each department. They also distribute bonuses to each department as the Ministry budget allows.

Human Resource Officers -
Human Resource Officers responds to assignments given by the Minister, Junior Undersecretaries and other Department Heads as needed. They attend to any Human Resource needs to the Ministry as a whole, when and where needed. HR Officers assist in the paperwork of hiring, training and termination employees, help prepare job descriptions and interviews, compile and update employee records and file paperwork as necessary. They may also assist in recruitment events as necessary.

Ministry Event Coordinators -
The Ministry Event Coordinators regularly arrange fun, team-building events for Level One and other departments as needed, such as employee dinners, holiday get-togethers, etc. Coordinators will also work with the Human Resource Officers in planning/implementing new employee inductions. They also respond to any requests for Ministry-wide events, including (but not limited to) employee dinners, holiday get-togethers and level wide parties and meetings.They also liaise with other departments if they wish to run their own event.

Ministry Recruitment Officers -
The Ministry Recruitment officers attend job fairs, career fairs and other scheduled events in order to scope out potential future Ministry employees. The recruitment officers must have a wealth of knowledge of all departments and its positions in order to best assist potential employees. Recruitment officers make yearly visits to Hogwarts as well as Wizarding Universities to answer questions and assist.

Administrative Assistance

Level One Receptionist -
The Level One Receptionist and Secretary responds to assignments given by the Minister, and Senior and Junior Undersecretaries. The Receptionist receives and responds to general owl messages (simple questions or requests from the public), attends to tasks at the front desk of the Minister of Magic's Office (greets and directs visitors, responds to general questions), and may be assigned the task of creating, sending out, and or delivering notices and letters from the Ministry and/or Minister's Office.

Ministry Scribe -
The Ministry Scribes shadow the Minister and Senior and Junior Undersecretaries when needed and completes all documentation tasks for them. They take notes at level meetings, division meetings and other meetings as necessary. They also annotate any dictated or written information given to them and are
responsible for clearly recording and archiving all information. The Ministry Scribes report to the Junior Undersecretary.

Personal Assistant -
The Personal Assistants report to the Senior and Junior Undersecretaries and work on tasks delegated to them accordingly. Tasks may include paperwork, interviews, meetings, minutes, coffee runs, travel arrangements, appointments and so on. The Personal Assistants may also help the Minister when requested.
