Islay had only been a little bit behind Jillian as she had raced across the grounds. The only upside of it being the day they were supposed to leave for winter break, she hadn’t had to wear her uniform so she wasn’t running through what could likely become gale force winds in a skirt. Her brown eyes sweeped over everyone in the room when she was arrived. what the soggy French toast was going on here?

Her brows knitted as she looked at the man and the augureys. It was clear that Professor Williamson didn’t know him at all – and the brunette just rounded her shoulders and stuck out her chin as the girl tried to look as strong and impenetrable as possible. She didn’t know if she had an affinity for Jarveys – really, it wasn’t that Islay had one.
