It made her feel powerful, in a way, but on the other hand...maybe that wouldn't be good since Noah was involved. Hmm. She'd reflect more later, or talk to Fiona or Val about it. One thing she wasn't going to do, though, was reassure Kimmie just yet. "Well...if you don't cross me, you have no reason to be intimidated." She shrugged.

The Slytherin did headtilt at the idea...of biting her cheek...um. "They legit taste like blood." Had the girl never had blood before? Like if Aboli accidentally got a paper cut or something, and she just licked it to make the bleeding stop...was that not normal? Maybe not. "So I guess it would taste a little like that." She couldn't remember the last time she had accidentally bit her cheek. "I have a few in my dorm if you're ever curious." She copied Kimmie and got into the tree pose again. Ahhhh.

Side-eyeing....Aboli was side-eyeing her to see if she twitched at all. No? Aboli cleared her throat. "Yeah. My family is weird. But I wouldn't want it any other way." Which was a LIE. She only said that because everyone always said that, and it was the normal thing to say.

Which, speaking of family, they were still on the topic of it because Aboli had decided to linger there...on Kimmie's, and Kimmie now flung the questions back at her. Ugh. "I do. I write to my stepdad the most...my mum's really busy. She's a therapist...and writes an advice column...so...she's like always got work to do." It was annoying. There was no one else in the entire world she trusted and adored like her mother...and she was also the BUSIEST person EVER.

K continued her stretches and didn't comment again on the intimidation. What else was there really to say? She did wonder what 'not crossing' her would entail, but also the Hufflepuff figured it probably was worthless to ask anyways. She didn't even INTENTIONALLY want to anger people, but she also had a temper and sometimes she just... snapped? Being nice was hard. It's why she didn't do it a lot at Ilvermony.

Legit taste like blood... Why would someone want to eat that? Well, to each their own. K wasn't a fan of the metallic taste after an injury or biting her lip accidently, but to each their own. No judgement on taste buds. She nodded her head at the confirmation, before giving a small smile towards the Slytherin, "Sure, actually. I am a little curious. We usually stick to Bertie Botts in my house instead of other candy types. My dad's big on them." Dad liked to play a game out of Bertie Bott's where they all had to try to keep a straight face even on the gross ones. "Also gumballs. If you ever need gum, I'm your girl." She almost always had some type of gum.

Hearing her next statement, K really DID react. Maybe it was impolite, but she was curious. "There's really nothing you'd change? I mean, I love my family, but if I could go back and choose things I'd want us to move around a little bit more and have more cultural experiences." She'd literally only lived in Alaska. Where was the fun in that? Thankfully she at least had ended up being an outdoors person.

Wrote to her step dad mostly? Well, that was good though. It sounded like they had a really good relationship, which while she did not have personal experience with that, wasn't that a good thing? "That's nice you hear from him though. And does your mom write for a magazine then?" Psychology and advice columns were SUPER fun.
