She supposed her mum was very smart. After all, her mum was head girl a bazillion years ago. "Well, I don't think mum knew that you could talk so maybe she wasn't that smart when she was in school," she said. "Hey armour, you've probably been here a billion years, so maybe you knew her. But what's your name? My name is Juliette." She should probably get to know the name of the armour she was speaking to. It was only manners and her mum had taught her them.
Juliette was starting to get a little suspicious of the armour when he wouldn't simply reach over and pick up the apple. Joints not oiled? One eyebrow slowly raised as she watched the apple float off of the floor.... and right onto the spear. So... did the armour know magic? She stood and pulled the apple off of the spear. "You have apple all over the spear. It'll get sticky, y'know?" she said and grabbed a handkerchief out of the front pocket of her bag. She wiped it clean - last thing she wanted was to get in trouble for messing up a suit of armour.
"I didn't know suits of armour knew magic," she said, standing on her tiptoes and opening the front flap of the helmet. Hmm... no one in there. "Do you maybe have a leader?" Because she'd like a word with the leader of the suits of armour. "I'd like to make an alliance." To destroy all those who got in her way. An army of armour that knew how to cast spells? She'd be invincible.
