Pheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeebs Professor Pink | Mrs. Bruce Wayne | I'm on a Goat | Glitterpuff | Dumbledore's Defense Squad | BHB Since Bernie was momentarily out of parchment and was also doing her best to look innoncent and CHARMing (ha ha ha), she couldn't help but notice her classmate/co-mama who seemed to be riding the struggle bus for real.
She waited for Professor Fuller-Thompson to introduce the main activity, and then excitedly got up, tucking her scroll of parchment into her left boot. No one would EVER know what she'd written, ha. Quote:

"Aparecium," Phoebe whispered. Nothing. See? She knew it. It never worked right away, and sometimes it didn't work at all. "Aparecium," she swallowed hard and tried again. ANYTHING? Was the ink coming in a little? Or maybe she'd set the paper on fire and those were scorch marks.
UGH she was terrible. ForGET it. "Yo, Pheebs," Bernie worked her way over to her desk, since they COULD move around and look for hidden messages now. "Pheebs, you have to tap the parchment three times to see the message."
Don't worry, she'd done the same thing the first time. As for hidden messages? Bernie walked around her friend and tried to see if any were hidden like on the back of her chair or other side of her desk something. Hmm, nope, not seeing anything yet.
