His knowledge of creatures ran deep as he had been around them basically his entire life. Not that anyone would know that unless he had specifically told them or they personally knew him and his family outside of Hogwarts. Which was why he simply grinned widely at the man sat beside him rather than laugh. "All kinds, Sir. At home we have several pygmy puffs (which WERE'NT his!), an owl and we just got a cruppie over the summer." After years and years of begging his mum had finally caved... right before he went off to Hogwarts.

"Cats and dogs, rodents, birds, fish, reptiles, nifflers, bowtruckle, jarvery's, all types of horses...." he trailed off not sure what else list and not wanting to sound like he was bragging if he continued. Lukas considered himself to be extremely lucky when it came to getting to be around different creatures a lot.

As for which one's he enjoyed working with the most, well now that he had to think about. It was a hard question. "I enjoy them all for different reasons. There's always something to learn and each creature is different." Just like people. Not even him and his twin sister were exactly alike.
