Maybe one day he’d actually finish his animagus preparations and actually do it. Then he could tell the boy exactly what it was like, although he hoped that he didn’t end up as a frog, or worse, a toad!
Sensing that the boy wanted to let the subject of frog capturing drop, he did the same, not really bothering to push it all that much. He seemed smart. He’d get the picture.
Still with his hands behind his head, the prefect closed his eyes as his mind drifted towards the castle, and more specifically, what was going to be served for lunch.
Becoming a creature would probably be the only way he would ever find out. And that was only if he didn't retain his human memories and thoughts because if he did, there was no one he would be eating any brightly colored frogs.
"You're probably right about that." Lukas gave a small nod of his head in agreement.
"Maybe one day I will be a creature." Only time would tell for sure. One of his older sisters was an animagus and it always amazed him whenever she would transform into a red panda.
The young Ravenclaw was happy to lay there on the grass, his hands still behind his head just like the prefect near him.
"Do you have a favorite spot here at Hogwarts? A place that always cheers you up or something?" It was simply a curious question really. Most people had that one spot that they loved to go to whenever they got the chance. Back home he had a couple of places like that but so far he hadn't found one here.
