| Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict It wasn’t a disillusionment charm that was hiding the professor, but simply hiding. Honestly, Carys almost gave him more points for it since it was a Muggle method and therefore he really ought to have been noticed earlier, yet everyone had seemed more focused on the toads. The toads which, accurately as she’d found out, weren’t really the subject of the lesson. Instead, it was toadstools, which were something else entirely. Although frequently, it seemed like the coloring of the two, the creature and the fungi, were similar. “All toadstools are mushrooms, but not all mushrooms are toadstools,” she offered, raising her hand and sending a slight nod Phoebe’s way. “Like others mentioned, toadstools are often poisonous or at least inedible, while those we consider to be mushrooms are usually edible.” She sometimes liked to eat mushrooms, along with other things. Moreso after she had decided to become a vegetarian, since a lot of mushrooms were a replacement for meat. Actually, there was something to be said for Jillian’s comment too, about more similarities between the creatures and the fungi.
