Normally, when she would be at home, there were plenty of people to bother when her boredom would hit. She had her parents. She had her aunt and uncle. She had her sisters. She even had her sister's PONY. But here? At Hogwarts? There was almost NOBODY there to bother.
Well.. There was. But her parents had told her plenty of times before that she was an acquired taste and.. it was only her first year. She didn't want too many people annoyed with her this early on.
Which was why she had been wandering. Wandering, what felt like, the whole entire castle, just looking for something to do.
She didn't think she would find anything and was almost about to go somewhere on the castle grounds, because there was always something to do out there, even in the rain, when she came across the statue. The statue talking to himself. Oh. Was he guarding that room? Nope, so in she went. She didn't even bother to see what the room was. Instead, she made her way over to the boy? guy? MAN? who was sitting by himself.
It was a game room. "Rules are for losers. You don't need to read them." They were going to play, right?
The rules were actually boring and kinda confusing not that he would tell anyone that he couldn't figure out a simple board game. Drew was about to put the box back onto the table when a voice suddenly spoke. He hadn't even heard anyone else enter the room.
He slowly lowered the box and peered over the top to see a tiny person sitting opposite him and he quirked an eyebrow.
"And calling someone more than twice your size a loser is a death sentence."
First years had no respect anymore.
He placed the box onto the table and pushed it towards the girl.
"Show me how it's done then."
