He tapped the card once, murmuring, "Portus," as he cast his intentions to turn it into a portkey for St. Mungo's, and then set it on the ground so that it was within reach of the woman. Well well well, look who'd decided to show up. Fletcher glanced up at the young auror who was basically just repeating everything he'd said, but resisted the urge to roll his eyes. "Yeah, I know," he answered her, still kneeling on the ground. "I'm fine. She's fine, I think. I just gave them a portkey to get there." Did she want a business card too? Fletcher pulled out another one to offer it to the woman; she had to be an auror or hit witch, he was assuming, as she did look vaguely familiar from work. But see? Look at his card, they were all on the same side here.

Who was not on his side? ANOTHER one of the stupid escapees. Fletcher had been 90% sure he'd rounded up ALL the escaped prisoners here, but apparently not, as one near the display case started making noises. "Protego," he drawled, throwing up a shield around them, well, those of them on the lower part of the floor now. You know, it would be great if that auror could knock this guy out? Thanks. He was already tired of kneeling and getting his suit dirty in all this mess.
