K was trying to find a new place on the grounds to go to with a Quaffle under her arm. She didn't particularly like Quaffles or anything Quidditch related, but of COURSE in her latest letters to Lucy her older sister was again claiming K was not athletic enough to beat her in any kind of sporty competition. Which after K wrote a very long and lengthy response on how dance WAS a sport and she could dance circles around her all day every day, she also got to thinking...

Wouldn't it be great to be able to beat Lu at something more her speed?! The youngest Amstern female was a bit competitive and would love nothing more than make her sister eat her words.

So here she was! With a Quaffle. Now at the duck ponds, because when she was ready to give up, at least there would be something cute to look at.

But for now, she was focused and had a task. She wasn't silly enough to think she could beat her sister at something that Lu was already very well practiced, but what she could do was make a new game, with her own rules and catered to her strengths. And once she figured out what all of that would entail, well then her sister would see.

The only problem was... what would this game actually look like?

K plopped herself down on the grass and laid herself back, throwing the Quaffle up in the air and trying to catch it while she tried to brainstorm. After about two tosses, she missed her catch and the Quaffle rolled away from her and into the Duck Pond.

"UGH!"

Strengths? Not catching.
