What had started out as a relatively tame morning had quickly turned into mass mayhem and prison escapes. Lex had barely sat down at her desk when she got the alarming message and just like that, she was up and ready to be out again. This was what she missed most about simply being an Auror, the rush of adrenaline, knowing you were out to have another adventure. This office work...this wasn’t it. The meetings, the paperwork, it wasn’t her.

Once she’d gathered as many of the others as she could, Alexa gave them the run down and it was time to go.

Now here, she could clearly see the reason for the panic earlier. “....Circe....” This was a mess. A huge mess. She didn’t know how they would begin to contain this but they needed to start somewhere.

“Check for stragglers, bodies, anything and anyone you can find. Make note of damages. Find out where and how that breech occurred.” There was much to be done. “We gotta figure out what happened here and bring some order back. Anyone know where the warden is?” She asked the Aurors who were already present during the breech.

She’d need to have words with him.
