It hadn’t taken Carys long to get back into the swing of things. Namely, her routine at school, but then she figured the fact U-17 had taken up a lot of her summer and that was pretty structured, things really hadn’t changed. She just had lessons instead of practice, and she was still planning on fitting in Quidditch practice with her other responsibilities soon enough. At least OWL year was over with.
The sunshine had helped keep her energy up, too. “Good morning, Professor Recard,” she replied as the HoM professor had greeted them all. “My summer was good. How was yours?,” she added, settling into a seat after easily steeping over the creature zipping around the floor. Wales had done well, as far as she had felt. Said creature was intriguing, though. If anything, it made her wonder if there was going to be a sort of theme in lessons this term.
