Merlin, what a day already. And she hadn't been in Diagon Alley for more than a few minutes!

What was he going to get? Elias just kept looking at everything and going up and down aisles like he was in a race, but picking up nothing. He couldn't decide, there were so many choices, maybe this was why his parents always did the shopping. Could old people pick better than he could?

He just wanted it all and knew he couldn't afford it all, but as he rounded the bend there was a girl and there was not stopping her or him from running into each other. "Sorry, didn't see you, too many things to look at." He rubbed his head like he was exhausted. "Boy, who knew a candy shop could be this tiring. Have you picked anything yet?" Maybe she could point him in the right direction.
