Blake was the kind of boy that was going to melt girl's hearts one day. Leave it to him to realize she was emotional over this and needed a hug. She returned the hug with a smile.
"Thank you, Blake. Thanks for being my partner, but more importantly, thanks for being my friend," she said. She decided not to look back at Ellie one more time. She didn't want to remember her just lying there in the box. She wanted to remember her the way she had been when Isla had handed her over to Blake.
