Naya sat patiently sort of as students filed into the classroom. One by one, they all chose their groups..........only they seemed to choose every group but Naya’s toad group. Finally, her fellow fifth year Gryffindor (Bethania) sat down at an adjacent desk. Naya gave her a nod, as she was no longer a group of one. Soon thereafter, Nina joined the group. She got a nod of acknowledgement as well.

Thankfully, it was time for class to begin. Naya turned her attention to the professor. It seemed they were meant to guess the topic of today’s lesson based on the clues on each set of desks. Naya thought for a moment. Before she could come to a conclusion, the answers started coming. Naya agreed that Neville Longbottom sounded like a pretty good guess.......except for one thing..........the Hufflepuff scarf. She couldn’t figure out what that would have to do with the Gryffindor.

Naya didn’t have to think of a connection because her classmates came up with several. Made sense. At the moment, she couldn’t think of a better answer. Naya just decided to keep quiet, for now. If she could come up with something better, she’d raise her hand later.
