Malachi walked in behind the girls, his shoulder now throbbing something fierce as the shock wore off. It hurt enough that it almost felt as if his whole body was on fire rather than just the shoulder.
He allowed the girls to take seats if they wanted, knowing the healer would be in soon. Was he done lecturing them? Hardly, but he was tired and had residual terror running through him. He had a lot running through him and not enough to be passed on to them.
