Once the classroom filled up with students and it was time to get the lesson started, Piers pushed himself off from the desk he was leaning against. "Alright, everyone. Let's start with a discussion." Something he always liked to do to get everybody's brains working. "Let's talk about water." A very simple subject. "Water is everywhere, obviously. We need it to live, plants need it to live, everything needs it to live. But sometimes... water can be annoying. Like, when it's dumping ran outside and you have to take out the trash. Now, muggles have many ways to try and solve this issue and we have our own. Let's go over some of those options. Let's start a list. I want you all to list off one way to specifically avoid getting wet when it rains outside, magic or mundane." And with that, he grabbed his piece of chalk and stood by the chalkboard, ready for answers. OOC: The lesson has officially started! We're starting with a pretty easy question. Class will move on in about 24 hours.
Flynn wasn't sure he had ever really found water annoying and he had to think about that for a few moments. Getting caught in the rain could be fun, and he found if you were kind of just accepting that you would get wet it meant you could stop thinking about being wet and just carry on with your day, especially if your mum imperviused your clothes to begin with and would dry you off with magic after. But um. You know. The first thought he had for an answer was probably the most obvious. Flynn put his hand up. "Stay inside until it stops." he wasn't being funny either! That's why houses were invented. And castles, he supposed. Shelter! And rain WOULD stop eventually.
