Cole was by no means an expert at handling a baby. He was worried and panicky inwardly all the time that he was doing something wrong, but on the outside he tried his best to give the appearance of being in control. Only reason he hadn't broken down yet was that Cole had somehow unconsciously taken note and applied to memory how his father had cared for his sister Isobel. Not being able to contain a laugh at her grimace Cole said "I think the diaper changes are the worst, not the feeing or burping. Because baby poop smell awful." He left out that he got nauseous at taking care of someone else's poop unless it was his rat. Shooting Christopher a quick glance he said when his eyes we're back on Claudine "The trick I think to holding a baby is just to support their heads and hold them close to your own body and you'll do okay."

Reaching up to scratch Harry again he said "I actually have four rats." With a sad sigh he revealed "I have to give the other three away or send them home because otherwise i'll be breaking the school rules." Cole certainly didn't want to get on Professor Sandhu's bad side. "I'm not giving Harry here away, but his siblings if you are interested?"
