Like he'd thought. The visit was overstayed. There was the beginnings of a however large scale mutiny within the castle and in his experience with that sort of thing, no matter how big it ended up being...told him it would be counter intuitive.
"Sounds like the students will need to be addressed. Let's not waste anymore time here." His voice was still rather level. Was he truly this calm? Not exactly, but he was more grounded in his decisions and his resolve. This was no longer a question. It needed to happen.
Malachi lifted his wand to his throat and began to deliver a message that would be heard all over the castle.
"All students report to the courtyard for an emergency assembly. Please begin making your way over there as quickly as possible. This is non-negotiable."
Thankfully, they would've just been finishing up their last lessons of the afternoon because a disruption was the last thing he needed for their sake.
