Rylee heard the crying before she even stepped foot into the Transfiguration classroom. Someone's 'baby' was clearly very upset and didn't sound like it was about to settle down anytime soon. The sounds of the 'baby's' shrieks caused a slight pain in her own heart, especially when her eyes fell upon not one but two crying the moment she entered the room. Oh, my. Just the sight of the 'babies' in tears and the 'parents' looking so exhausted and at their wits end, made her want to offer to help them. Could she do that after everyone had gotten settled?

With her own 'baby' Serafina wide awake but cradled comfortably in the wrap that she had created herself against her chest her left arm cradled underneath the 'baby' and both her bag and Serafina's slung over her right shoulder, she went and grabbed a moses basket.

"Good morning, Professor Eris. Hello there, little one," Rylee smiled warmly in greeting, shifting her body a little so that Serafina could 'see' who she was talking to. "Look, Serafina there's a new little friend for you." Laughing softly she moved to an empty seat and set the mosis basket down first and then the other bags. Quietly she went about getting Serafina out of the 'baby' wrap she had her in and laid her down in the mosis basket making sure she had her paci and stuffie with her. She also fixed her little socks and shoes making sure they wouldn't come off, smoothed a hand over the light pink dress and straightened the matching flower headband.

It didn't matter how exhausted she was the well-being of Serafina came first. Once all that had been done, Ry sat back in her seat and waited for the lesson to begin.
