Carrying a baby around all day? Yeah, not the easiest thing in the world. Whitney only wished that there weren't SO MANY STAIRS in this place. It would be nice to be able to get a stroller in here. Alas, that wasn't to be. So she carried baby Bonnie in one of those little baby carriers that were almost like a car seat. Which was very awkward with the addition of her book bag and the diaper bag, by the way.
So, she did her awkward struggle into the classroom and to a seat with Bonnie, who had been very good all day, giving Professor Eris a "Hello" as she passed.
Unfortunately, her baby doll had one weird quirk. Other babies crying tended to set her off. And there was a crying baby in here. "Oh for Merlin's sake, Bonnie!" She'd had just gotten the baby calmed after another child had set her off, and now here she was, crying again! It was enough to cause the Ravenclaw to let her head hit the desk and let loose her own tears. All the stress of dealing with the fake!baby, of midnight feedings and early morning diaper changes, just came pouring out.
