Jillian needed some quiet time when it comes to this baby homework. It was not demanding all the time BUT it still demands and when it does, it cries. UGHHHHHH! For a fake baby it has a lot of real needs. Sometimes she thinks it could be broken because it seems to be crying a lot.
She's been taking care of the baby back in her dorm room most of the time but today she felt like taking the baby out for a walk and maybe play with it? She's not an expert with taking care of kids since she's an only child and her younger cousins lived far, far away so she never really had 'practice'. She's not even sure if she's doing it correctly half the time. The important thing here is that if she makes the baby stop crying it's somehow a successful thing on her part.
She dropped the bag on the corner near the wall as she entered the room. Her eyes still lingering on the grand piano, it was beautiful. Her father would have loved this room, Jillian on the other hand was not that good with the piano but she has taken a lesson or two. The room was too quiet as her foot steps echoed when she walked towards the instruments with the baby still in her arms. Just when she was about to take one more step a loud cry came about. Startled, she panicked a bit and almost dropped it. Thank Merlin she was clutching the baby tightly!
"There needs to be an off button for this!" she said while looking at it. She returned to her bag that was on the floor, sat next to it and took the milk bottle out. She also took out a peach colored blanket that her father decided to give to her for this baby- YES, he was taking this quite more serious than Jillian. Setting it on the floor in front of her then laid the fake infant on it while she drinks her milk.
Jillian leaned on the wall and let out a deep sigh, enjoying her peace and quiet time.
