OMG!!!!! She'd got a hit in on the Headmaster-Professor!!!! His ears were now kumquats!!! Bernie nearly doubled over with laughter at the sight of him. She LOVED this spell. And he couldn't hear her laughter, but could probably see that she was laughing... until, of course, smoke started to fill the room....
Bernie straightened up, nervously maintaining her shield, and wondering what to cast next. The Headmaster had seemed awfully focused on her shield, no? Hmmmmm. Bernie took in all the smoke and let out a small cough, then another as an idea took root in her mind.
"COUGH C-COUGH CCCough COUGH--expelliarmus!--COUGH COUGH COUGH." Bernie choked out a spell in between her coughs, feeling quite confident and proud of her ingenuity here.
