If Sandhu was trying to reassure First Years that they had something to contribute to lessons, Al could assure them that they did not. Yes, it was early, but Al couldn't believe the lesson had opened with the equivalent of cave people pointing at the sky and going "what's that"?

Perhaps he was not in as good of a mood as he had originally thought. He glanced across the way at Kaiser and his proximity to certain individuals and knew why.

Alessandro opted not to engage with the question. He was not in a good enough mood to play polite. Silence was far easier.
