Feel free to snag this one and drag him somewhere
Turning now as the sound of a welcome, Ewan was standing across from his new head of house, Professor Schmoe and as he talked, Ewan couldn’t help but get distracted throughout the speech somewhat which wasn’t usually like him. It could well have been the curly hair atop his head, the way he stood with his hands on his hips or the way something got stuck in his throat before he talked that made him stop and consider how this man had actually been made his head of house but it was not. It was more to do with the way her said ‘err’ every few seconds as he addressed the students.
Half coughing from the dust, half chuckling at his new head of house, all 6ft2 of Ewan walked towards Professor Schmoe with a friendly expression on his face. “Sure thing Professor, where would you like us to start? Maybe we could split off into groups and tackle an area together?” that way, at least they could chat with friends and clean at the same time. Despite not minding this task himself, he knew full well that there were others here who would not take kindly to this. Having spent most of his summer cleaning up after various farm animals, this was nothing for him really. When you’ve been elbow deep in animal faecal matter, a little dust was practically a godsend.
Turning to face some of the students in the common room now, Ewan looked for anyone who wanted to volunteer to join him.
