Oh, Cece! Phoebe scooted over a little, away from where Kodee the brute was crowding her and toward where here bestest friend had just appeared. "Cece! Hi! You look taller. Did everyone wish Cece a happy birthday? Because her birthday was over the summer and she's ancient now." Phoebe blew a kiss at Cece before turning her attention back to Kodee.
