Katrina Sabine Rothenberg was born in Meißen, Germany to a working class couple. She grew up quite lonely as she had no siblings. She went to Muggle primary school and it was quite a surprise for her Muggle mother when the young girl got a letter from Beauxbatons, asking her to attend their posh French school. Of course, her pureblood father knew everything about magic, having attended Durmstrang when he was younger. Her father quickly revealed to the both of them that he was magic as well on the wonderful morning that the letter arrived. Katrina was delighted to know that magic was real. However, one problem was imminent. She needed to learn French. This problem was quickly solved by her mother, who was very fluent in French. She attended Beauxbatons and was sorted into Ombrelune. She was one of the brightest students in the school and left the school feeling proud. She quickly enrolled in Wizarding University at the Stuttgart campus. She studied Rune Study and History of Magic. She got both degrees and shortly after graduating moved to Egypt, where she worked as a cursebreaker for 3 years. She then moved to London, and has lived there for the past 4 years.
