Lenora was leaning against the wall, scanning the room for familiar faces because was nervous enough already and it would really help to have a friend help her out. She was very glad Calyx taught her how to dance so she wasn’t entirely clueless ( thankfully! ) and the chances of her embarrassing herself was minimum.

She signed her name in the register before heading over to the changing rooms. She browsed through the available dresses before picking out a pretty yellow coloured one with long sleeves. The girl stared at herself in the mirror, the smallest hint of a smile on her lips. She looked.. nice. She twirled once ( ahem ) before heading back to the ballroom, taking her place by the wall again.
