For example, I noticed a commotion at The Padded Window Seat and thought about inserting my character into it. But are these RP situations invite-only? Narrator (School), Announcer (Ministry), and The Chronicler (Diagon Alley) posts are open for anyone to RP.
The only exception would be a special RP Thread, i.e. the Into the Mist thread that was just up - but those would have a specification in the thread description.
