Whoever said brushing up on her French during the summer was stupid clearly didn't know what they were talking about. Sure, her French was not perfect - certainly nothing like her mother's - but it was still something to make use of this library. And thank merlin for that. There were few places in the castle she actually liked to be at. And the library was somewhere she could even be at without Eiji. Not that that was the case today - but yeah.

Changed into something comfortable for the afternoon ahead, the brunette made her way over to their usual spot - and smiled seeing him already there.

Unaware of the box, she dropped her back by the chair and settled down besides him. "Did you start without me?" she asked, a bit playfully, while pulling out her own books, "because I thought we were in this together, Eiji"
