~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes. Keep that information in the back of her mind? Claudine would try but it would involve lots of glancing at her notes and handout for help. As of now, she would focus on the activity. She listened keenly to Beryl (whom she already liked) talk about the herbs, her intense gaze focused on that particular table. When she realised that Beryl was giving more insights into medicinal plants, Claudine hurriedly reached for her quill. She had long learnt that careful notes were key during exam times.
So that was the activity. Claudine thought that she could handle that... on her own, thank you very much. Who needed to work with others unless it was absolutely called for? Without hesitation, she got to her feet, picked up a book to make notes along with a quill then moved over to the table.
The various scents there were rather strong, some more than others. Luckily, she found that she wasn’t feeling sick because of that. At least, not for the moment. The Snakette looked over the herbs. There were some that she immediately recognised like fluxweed, knotgrass, dittany and valerian. This was one of the perks that came with hailing from a pureblood family. The four herbs’ names were printed in her book before Claudine mentally selected another herb to identify. First she'd complete the identification then once back at her seat, she'd make the final notes.
Four down so far. |
