Cecelia was born on the 21st of July in 2088 to Alec and Ella Summers, Hogwarts sweethearts and former Hufflepuffs who fell in love during their time at the wizarding school. From the time she could crawl, the blonde was exploring her enviornment with wide-eyed wonder and little to no fear. If there was any indication this little lady was going to be a handful, this was the early indicator. She would dress up the family dogs and play zoo where she was the creature and they were the visitors, or ride her tiny enchanted broom around the house, knocking into furniture and filling the house with her girlish giggles, a sound that both delighted and warned of possible destruction. What Cecelia liked most, though, was getting to spend quality time with her dad. The quidditch star might have many fans, but none of them were as dedicated and enthusiastic as Cece. There is nothing she'd like more than to follow in her dad's footsteps. Her mum is pretty cool too, working with dragons and all! Cecelia liked to sit by her mum and ask questions about the baby dragons her mum got to work with, offering up possible names for them and doodling pictures to go along with them. She was more of a unicorn fan herself, but Cece decided that dragons and her mum belonged together and that they were pretty awesome. Fire and flying? How could they not be?

On the 3rd of January 2091, Cecelia learned to share the attention of her parents with Samuel, the little brother she never knew she wanted. He was cute right from the start, but she didn't see his potential until he was old enough to walk. From that moment on, Sammy became her responsibility and her partner in crime, though he might not have known it. Cecelia found that she really liked being a big sister and her duties included teaching him the fine art of fort building in their living room, making the ultimate ice cream sundae, and acting out their favorite stories complete with costumes and everything. It was really nice to have someone to have adventures with, and over time Cecelia decided she'd do anything to protect Sammy and keep him happy because that was her job.

First Year: Became a GRYFFINDOR with Phoebe, but spent the entire year at Beauxbatons because of an infestation of what would LATER be revealed were boggarts | Got in BIG trouble after a CoMC class where the headmistress's roses got torched on ACCIDENT and after trying to help put the sparks in her pet gargoyle's mouth out, Cece accidentally drenched the WOMAN instead of the fire leading to a trip to the inquisitorial room where she was pretty sure she was going to get kicked out of school | Needless to say, Headmistress Giselle Desmarais had a grudge against the Hogwartians from the beginning and Cece and some others were accused of destroying ball decorations, among other things, but Mathys de Nostredame saved the day, helping to prove that a DRAGON (and some particularly rude Beauxbatons students) were ACTUALLY to blame | Headmistress Meany changed her tune after that. It was also revealed that the students would be returning to Hogwarts the following term, something Cecelia was over the MOON about.
Second Year: Finally at Hogwarts, Cecelia is excited and eager to explore the castle where her parents grew up, met, and fell in love. She's also trying REALLY hard to be on her best behavior so Headmaster Trent doesn't think she's as awful as Desmarais did | Catherine and Noah start Hogwarts! Noah joins Cece in Gryffindor while Cat turns out to be a Ravenclaw. Catherine and Cece don't spend as much time together as they used to, though, causing a bit of a rift | Somehow the founders of Hogwarts were walking free and causing chaos throughtout the castle and the portraits were switching places with the students | Godric Gryffindor just out and about trying to take back the castle from Headmaster Trent with the help of his sword, hurting Professor De Nostredame in the process (which was a bummer since Cecelia was a big fan of his). Salazar Slytherin, meanwhile, wants to purge Slytherin house so that only purebloods remain | With help from the kids, the staff members locate the missing portraits of the founders and they're sent back to their portraits |
Third Year: Okay but the return of William Walter Williamson, her mum's FAVORITE professor, was pretty big news to learn at the opening feast | Cecelia was starting to feel distant from her friends, many of whom were now interested in kissing and boys and dating, things that didn't yet interest her. It made her feel alone and she fought with the urge to just get her first kiss over with so she wouldn't be left out or left behind | Strange weather, ghostly strangers from long ago, and magic going haywire throughout the school keep everyone on edge | Students are stuck at Hogwarts for the holidays when a huge flash of light occurs, thunder following it, and then everything beyond the Hogwarts gates vanishes before the kid's eyes. They are stuck and the storm is coming | No communication to anyone outside of Hogwarts is extremely hard on Cecelia, as is the memory loss and the way herself and her friends are going all translucent | Fortunately the use of 'Tempore tempestatis fixus' helped to rid the school of the storm and all of the negative impacts it had, though Cece would find out that some of the emotional toll was harder to get rid of |
Fourth Year: Because of everything that had happened with the storm, Cecelia found out that Tavie would not be returning to Hogwarts, which was a huge blow to the Stark School kids, Tavie feeling very much like the heart of their group | Cecelia continued to feel distant from her friends, particularly Feebs, who had gotten close to their roommate Meeks and was working on a whole kissing list endeavor that Cece wasn't sure she approved of | Sammy started at Hogwarts, being sorted into Ravenclaw House. She was relieved to know he'd be in the company of Catherine and Cooper, who had convinced his parents to let him come to Hogwarts, too! | Kale offered to be Cecelia's first kiss one October day while they were making flower crowns by the lake. She felt very much like sunshine and from that day forward, the kissing Kale Trent thing became something she very much wanted to continue doing, a problem since Phoebe had decided she liked him and Meeks was also kissing him | Catherine and Cecelia continued to drift apart, Catherine making it very clear that they had different priorities and that she didn't have time for Cece's dramatics | Cece and Phoebe decide that they want to stand out a bit more from their Stark School friends and decide that it's okay to do so, really working to lift each other up and encourage each other | Cece, Emm, Kizzy, and Ashley are attacked by some unseen force on their way out of class one day and are thrown about like rag dolls, pretty much | YETI FIELD TRIP EXCITEMENT! | Students being possessed and talking about how they want their treasure back, whatever that means | Headmaster Trent is suddenly the absolute worst, showing ZEO concern for the wellbeing of his students and throwing Cece for a LOOP. She's more concerned with what it's doing to Kale, though, because the poor kid seems absolutely devastated over his dad becoming the literal WORST human | Feebs, Meeks, and Cece decide that they're not letting any boys come between them and that they need to be better at communicating these things | Cecelia ends the term with thoughts of a big fifteenth birthday party and hopes of a good summer |
