He was simply pointing out that the mere fact that eyes existed suggested the possibility of an ailment and therefore any creature with that particular body part could be affected. But... yeah. Grabbing a pair of goggles at random, the Slytherin put them on once he returned to his workstation. Oh this was terrible. A dark spot right in the middle, though the outer edge or peripheral seemed okay. But this was going to be a pain to try to see anything if he was constantly trying to look at one side or another.
