The holidays were always a rather busy time for Bryn, considering not only did she have to worry about Christmas and Advent, but there was also Demyan’s birthday to concern herself about. Just so he wouldn’t feel slighted, she usually made a habit of having a little party for him separate from the usual holiday traditions, and for the five-year-old, his sister’s return from Hogwarts nearly always was a holiday in its own. The tree was acquired, decorated, and shoes had been left on the windowsill for days.

Now it was time for her personal tradition of inviting any family members who were close to Tinworth over for Christmas Eve dinner. Not to mention any of the others who got invited, but then she’d always been the type to welcome anyone to the meal. Magic helped in providing the space, and to an extent with the cooking as well. Either way, she felt as if she’d been running herself ragged for days now.
