"What did you say to me?" Myrtle asked to the other girl who said she didn't ignore her. She floated towards her. "Did you call me something mean and morbid?"

Nope - she just lost interest in the answer. Because now some RUDE, obnoxious child was SHOUTING insults at her! All right, that DOES it!!!! Myrtle zoomed down towards the person who called her a pain in the neck. She then SCREAMED in her face:

"Oh, sure!!! No one likes moaning, miserable, moping, morbid Myrtle because she's just a horrible PAIN in the neck!!!! And I suppose you're much better than her, is that it? WELL FINE THEN! I wouldn't want you to visit me for all the golden toilet seats in the world!"

She let out an ear piercing scream that could be heard all the way out of the room and down the hallway.
