Unforgivably Cursed | adultescent It was strange. As Gunnar sat beneath his chosen tree with his hands covering the marking on the ground, he felt like he became better attuned to the sounds and atmosphere around him. But what was even stranger was the fact that it sounded like the wind was picking up and rustling harder through the leaves, but he didn't actually feel any wind.
He looked up at Kaiser as he heard him and gave him a quizzical look. What was wrong that he was looking up at the tree like that? He turned his head to look up at the leaves and was just about to ask him when he saw several acorns flying out of the trees, raining down on his classmates as well as himself. "Wait.. hold up," he said to his unknown assailants, covering his head with his arm before scrambling to his feet and trying to move out of firing distance. He even caught a couple of the acorns and pocketed them before trying to peer at the leaves from where he was standing. "Oh! Bowtruckles.... right? But why are they attacking us?" He glanced over at Thereos. They only did that when they felt threatened, didn't they? And he didn't really think the class was being too disruptive. But he was really curious about it.
