Valencia grinned excitedly. She wasn't as bothered by the insects being startled. (That was more of a Connor thing.) "It'll be Christmas in no time." she reassured her younger cousin. "I'm sure they're all doing fine. I did fine without Connor."

If anyone was capable of entertaining himself, it was Blake. Plus, he did have other family to hang out with.
