Default Hi friend!
Yeah I broke that mirror, so what? ll NOT backward ll Official Gryfferin ll Lemon's favourite

Another year at Hogwarts. His first year had....certainly been an initiation and the summer break had proven no less eventful. Even with the downtime he got with his family, there just always seemed to be some bit of Hogwarts business he needed to take care of. Buchanan earlier and now the disappearing Slytherin who he sat out in the entrance hall waiting for. The Headmaster was aware the feast couldn’t officially begin until he got inside and gave his speech but this wasn’t exactly something to be ignored.

Malachi sat at the base of the stairs giving the occasional glance to the inside of the Great Hall. The tables were filling quickly with familiar faces and the first years—for the most part—seemed as eager or nervous as the previous set.

Yes, by all indication this was a normal start of term...which left him no doubt something terrible would happen. That’s how it always started, wasn’t it? This time, he felt just a little more prepared. So long as no one died, it would be a good term.

Ah and there he was. Malachi glanced up as he heard the hammering steps coming down the staircase. The slight twitch of his nose as the boy got closer was the only real break in his otherwise calm expression but internally he had SO MANY QUESTIONS and SO MANY REACTIONS. If only he’d gotten word about him earlier, too.

“Kaiser.” He stood, hands hanging loosely in his pockets. “Glad to have you back with us. Caused a bit of worry, you did.” Or a lot but it was quickly subsiding at the sight of the boy.
