Pete could barely believe it when he heard the whistle blow and the official declaring the end of the match. It was over. They had won. They had won the World Cup! A grin spread across Pete's face and he flew toward his teammates, hugging or high fiving them in the air. Where was Nyx? She definitely deserved a hug. Three snitch catches in a row!
He was a good sport too, of course. He flew to shake the hands of the Indian players. "Good game. Well played yourselves." And he really did mean it. They had been very worthy opponents. The game had not been an easy win, not by a long shot. Though Pete had never doubted his team's ability to take the win, India had definitely put up a fight.
