Her focus might have had to constantly shift from the seekers to the quaffle-passing to the bludgers in this very intense game, but Cynthia was a professional and was used to this level of game-play. In fact, it was this kind of intense action that she liked most. What she did not like however, was how one of the bludgers was acting. She was certain now that there was something very wrong with it and she was beyond annoyed that the official seemed to be clueless about it. Where was the whistle to stop this craziness??

But before she could worry any further about the crazed bludger, her attention was diverted to the other bludger on a collision course for her broom. Cynthia maneuvered herself to make the connection of her bat to the bludger instead, sending it out of her way and towards Misra who had possession of the quaffle. Even if he had just been hit, but there was no time for coddling at the world cup. She heard the whistle finally, though it was not for inspection of the unusual bludger but for capture of the first snitch. Ah, way to go Higgs!
