It was the Ravenclaw’s turn to laugh which made Kay chuckle. “That’s quite true. There are those who even revolt at the idea of hurting animals.’’ There was nothing she doubted in Dorian’s words. “I’m sure you will but if you ever run into someone who’s being stubborn about disturbing you even after you’ve spoken to them, please let me or their Head of House know.’’
“Before we decide which ones are most important, may I have a list of the courses you think you might want to study? That way, we can put together a list of the subjects you will need to take. I can safely guess that you have family members giving you advice as well.’’ She would know all about that.
Out of all the professors last term, Davis had been the only one who he had dared to ask for help with his defensive magic. He could have asked the DADA professor but seeing as that had been the Headmaster last year...well...anyone would say no thank you to that. And he doubted that Scrimgeour would have wanted to teach a nobody like him.
"Now that i think about it, he lend me a book about meditation but i haven't returned it yet" and seeing as the man wasn't teaching here anymore....

His shield charm. Ehm... He'd like to show it but he honestly hoped he never had to. Using this magic meant that something bad enough was going on that he had to defend himself with that shield.
"Sure" he said with a grin. Sometime did not meant right now.
He was definitely one of those not wanting to hurt animals people. The mere thought made him angry actually.
"Alright, i will" he said with a small chuckle. But he meant it.

"Uuuhm"'d and looked around as if he could get any inspiration in the office.
"I don't know...." he answered finally in a barely audible voice and felt his ears burning red.
"But!" he said more clearly.
"I do know which subjects i want to continue so..maybe...maybe you know something based on those?" he hoped so cause he was in the dark.
"I want to continue Defence Against the Dark Arts" cause he was horrible at it so he wanted to become better.
"And charms, transfiguration...ehm...potions as well as ...i think arithmancy" had she noticed that he hadn't mentioned Muggle Studies? It was nothing personal, he liked the subject but...he was a muggleborn himself and he already knew most of what he was taught... Should he explain this? He scratched his ear. Or add it to his list either way? What if he had hurt her feelings?!
