 Mischievous Niffler
Alice brought up the rear among the Ravenclaw students and the professors accompanying them. She had chosen to go with Stewart for two reasons. Reason number one was because she was far more familiar with the insides of the Ravenclaw common room than she was with the others (though of course she'd been in all of them) and reason number two was because Kay was the only professor who she counted as a friend - even if clearly they disagreed on many things. She was still rather annoyed at being threatened with firing, and being surrounded by hostile colleagues while searching for dangerous creatures was in no one's best interests.
"I'll check the girl's dormitory and the Avant-Garde Corner," she announced to Kay and Ms. Primeaux. Rather than following them, she strode right ahead of them and barged into the room for first years.
"Call me if you see anything!"
And don't even think about trying to hide one of these monstrosities just to protect it from me, she thought, though she kept this to herself. |
