Merlin's beard it was finally the end of the term. The school year had drawn to its close and the castle was still standing. Everyone was still ali--.......the castle was still standing, the students were all still alive and now back to normal. It could have gone worse. As the Headmaster took
his seat up on the dais and offered a greeting nod to Kennedy, he kept repeating the mantra to himself. All things considered, this really wasn't a bad way to end the term. The castle had been put back in order and the infestation was behind them.
Malachi looked toward the rest of the Great Hall, expecting the students and the rest of his staff to begin pouring in at varying intervals. The term had worn on him and he was tired. All he wanted was a warm dinner, some sleep then the morning so he could properly see his family.
Beach vacation, here he came.
