It was a bit further from the Alley, but floo made that not an issue.
Now that she was here though she wanted to see everything. Her team wasn't playing for another week, but vacation was a vacation. With a map in her hand of all the shops and the best tourist locations to hit in between matches, she was off.
Seeing a music store Val couldn't help but head in. She loved music and little shops always held her interest. So heading in she looked around the store. This was going to be a good one she could already tell. Atticus couldn't have asked for a better event to boost business. Summer was always a busy time in the Alley, but now with the Quidditch World Cup being played in England, it seemed like half the Wizarding World was traveling here. And he couldn't be more pleased. Business was already booming and it was only May.
Once he assisted a customer with a music recommendation, his eyes fell on quite an attractive woman as she walked in. Atticus veered his path through the store to pause next to her as she began to look around. "Good day, Miss. Anything I can help you with?" Quote:
Lamberto had been working his bum off as of late and per usual he liked listen to some of his favorite tunes. He had heard the buzz alot over a music shop in Diagon Alley maybe once or twice before and decided he should check it out while he was still in town.
Keeping things real low-key was the goal for this outing, but then again he was grateful for the fans! After all they're the ones who've helped motivate him with every positive chant and cheer. This was certainly one of the best parts of his career. It was all music to his ears. (If rhyming was a crime of sublime, I don't want to be right. )
Whiiiiiistle
Lamberto's whistle of amazement didn't stand a chance against the loud music bumping from every angle of the store as he walked in. As he sauntered by, he felt somewhat overwhelmed not yet decided where to start. It was glorious!
He walked passed signs displaying their sale specials and his interests were piqued! He smiled at a young lady whom he noticed, casually walking past her and ultimately dashing to the vinyl records in the classic tune genre.
Atticus wasn't much of a Quidditch fan himself, but he tended to at least recognize some of the players. They were fairly famous, especially certain ones. And when this bloke stepped inside his shop, Atticus was fairly sure he was one of these Quidditch player - he looked rather familiar - though he would not be able to place a name or team with the face.
Still, he was a customer and he would be pleasant. "Anything I can help you with today?" Atticus noted his apparent interest in the vinyls. "We do have some great sales going on right now."
