Izzy was cleaning up her back counter a bit when she heard a voice near her. He wasn't speaking in a language that she knew, but luckily ice cream was pretty easy to communicate with! Izzy flashed a big smile in their direction. "Hello there welcome to Florean's! Let me know if you have any questions." Perhaps they would be interested in her Quidditch themed flavors? Or maybe they were rocky road kind of guys?
