Ava had never signed herself for this matchmaking thing. Was one of her siblings did it for her? Or Noelle? Good Merlin, this was nerve-wracking. Dating was supposed to be fun, yes she knew that. Except... this was a blind date. She had no idea who was this person and what if he/she was a creep and would only do bad things on her? Yes, she might be exaggerating this.
Not to mention she had never been on a date beside with her ex-boyfriend and Reed... Wait, it wasn't a real date with that journalist guy. Was it? Okay, let's just not think about him right now.
But if she didn't come on this date thing, this person would get stood up and Ava would feel bad because she didn't want that to happen on her. So that's why she was here at the Florean's, dressing up appropriately (not too fancy since this was just an ice cream date but not too casual either.) Entering the private party room, her brown eyes widened as she noticed her date was already there.

This is going to be bloody awkward. He was her co-worker, senior and not to mention she was in the same year as his sister Suri (even though she had no idea where was she now). Should she run now? Or just... pretend like she was surprised but excited for this? That couldn't happen, she barely knew this guy.
