The Ravenclaw did not wait another second and as the door opened up after he had chosen his answer, he nearly stumbled over his own feet. He had this childish desire to win from a certain Gryffindor who had literally cut in front of him in order not to get wet and making him get the most blast . Apparently he did held grudges...
But as he walked swiftly to the piece of parchment, he noticed that the person in question had already written down her answer and he sighed. Oh well, guess he just had to get out of here so he picked up a quill and began to write down his answer.

In the case of keeping the potion as evidence, i would tell the person who added the polyjuice potion in the drink that i'd go to their Head of House because i believe they have the right to know and tell them to come along so they can apologise. I don't care if they have done something bad, if i snitch i'm just as bad.
He placed his quill down and waited.
