Rylee had been tucked away underneath the covers in her bed in her dorm room, where she had been studying when the announcement had sounded. Instinctively her mind flashed back to the previous term when announcements happened on the daily, including every morning as a wake up call. However the urgency of this one had her moving much faster than normal.

Rolling out of bed, she tossed on her warm winter robes, pulled on her boots and grabbed her bag slinging it over her shoulder. Lamb her cat was scooped up and set into her bag, which she left open of course and Lilac the pygmy puff was placed into the pocket of her robes. If something bad was happening there was noway she was leaving them behind.

Quickly making her way down from the lions tower and out to the courtyard. "Headmaster, Professors," Rylee greeted softly glancing around. What was going on?
